Wordcrafter nib - Double Broad (BB)

Compatible with all pens that accept a JoWo #6 screw-in housing unit.

The Wordcrafter nib. My interpretation of a "Cursive Italic" grind. Sharp, crispy, and *unforgiving. These individually handmade nibs lend a ribbon-like texture to writing, allowing for expressiveness that is untouchable by ordinary round nibs.

*WARNING: These nibs are not for everyone. They are sharp, requiring more attention and a careful hand to extract the full potential of the nib. Due to the nature of sharp italics, these nibs need to be held perfectly parallel to the page to produce a line without skipping. This is the cost of having such razor-thin side strokes.

My personal favorite nib grinds are Cursive Italics. They transform my daily writing into something completely different, with texture and emotion like no other nib grind has. It's been years in development, and I decided it was time to share my interpretation of an Italic grind with all of you.
